2 Year Anniversary Extravaganza Weekend
After 2 years of incredible cyder creation, inspired collaborations, and events galore, we’ve decided to transform our anniversary party into an extravagant weekend of feasts and festivities. The Newtopian state of mind has evolved into more than just delicious cider and great people, it resides in the life breath of creativity and innovation, transports the self to a place of tranquility by providing the fascinating fermentations that our beautiful planet has facilitated. We have so much to celebrate this year given our continued growth, ever-expanding network of collaborators, and our latest partnership with Karl Strauss Distribution. So let us lift our glasses to the family, friends, and fans that helped us thrive as a burgeoning brand, and to our incredible team that made this all possible.
Day 1: May 3rd
5 Star Cyder Feast
To kick off the festivities we crafted an epic evening of food and beverage for which the true epicurean will be left salivating. The evening will commence with a cider cocktail reception of both neat and blended concoctions brought to you by three local distillers. Moving on to the main course, the five-star cider feast—procured by five of San Diego’s premier executive chefs and thoughtfully paired with delightful libations will be sure to stimulate the senses. To further satiate the indulgent palate, the night will culminate with a flight of cider–infused chocolate and whiskey tastings. This dinner will be one for the ages and not to be missed.
Day 2: May 4th
The Celebration of Cyders!
With over 30 cyders on tap we have compiled an extensive list of flavors including modern seasonal, barrel aged, heritage and graf varietals. With no shortage of concoctions to please the craft connoisseur, we will eagerly unveil a dual bottle release and various tasting specials. Our gorgeous space will be abounding with entertainment, live music, prizes and on–air giveaways from 91X. But this incredible evening would not be complete without enjoying a made-to-order sausage or delectable street taco to devour with one of our many draft offerings. Come revel in the festivities with our amazing crew and let’s make a toast to two years!
Day 3: May 5th
Cinco De Cyder!
Because 2 days of celebration isn’t enough, we’ll keep the party going with our fiesta brunch on Cinco de Mayo. Come throw down with us for the infamous family–style buffet courtesy of Chef Matt from Hamilton’s Tavern. This exquisite spread will delight the taste buds as you wash it down with one of our delightful cyders. Chef Matt’s marvelous smorgasbord will provide the sustenance you need to tackle Cinco de Mayo.
And thus our 2 Year Anniversary Extravaganza will come to an end. But there is no need to stop celebrating Newtopia and our extraordinary crew. With so much to be grateful for we look enthusiastically toward the coming horizons. The love for unique and delicious cyder is spreading swiftly and we continue to roll out new and innovative creations to keep up with demand.
